Maintaining your privacy

The personal information entered into this website and the information we hold about you will be processed in accordance with the principles and requirements of General Data Protection Regulation. HYMIX has notified the Information Commissioner about what personal information it processes and why - this notification is held on a Public Register.

Why we collect your information

We will only collect information which enables us to provide our services. We will keep your information whilst required for our legitimate business purposes and for any retention period to meet our legal obligations. HYMIX may also use personal information for keeping customers informed about products and services.  We may use your business address, phone numbers, email address and social media (e.g. Facebook, Google and message facilities in other platforms) to contact you.  Customers can opt-out of direct marketing communications at any time. You can do this at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer at the address below.

Accessing your details

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to see and receive a copy of any personal information we may hold on you. To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, please write to us at the below address.

Please provide enough detail in your letter to enable us to locate your information including, where applicable, company name and contact details. HYMIX has 40 days in which to provide your information, although there are circumstances when it is not obliged to do so. Where appropriate HYMIX will ask you to prove your identity before administering a Subject Access Request.

What you should do if your information is incorrect

Under General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to have any inaccurate information corrected. To request a correction to your details please write to:

The right to be forgotten


You also have the right to ask for your details to be erased where we no longer have any compelling reasons for continued processing. This is not an absolute right and will only apply in certain circumstances.

Your telephone conversations may be recorded. This is to help HYMIX in its continuous focus to improve customer service and to offer additional security. Calls and electronic communications may also be monitored for reasons of staff training, and may be retained.
